Yanada kyau mai azumi ya lura da abinda zaiyi bude baki dashi
Bayan tsawon yini guda ba tare da cin abinci ba ga yinwa da kishin ruwa, akwai bukatar mutum ya samu abinci mai rai da lafiya domin bude baki dashi lokacin shan ruwa.

Sai dai kuma yana da kyau mutum yaci abinda zai tsare mashi lafiyar jikinsa. Mun tattaro wasu abubuwa yakamata mutum ya lura dasu yayin shirya bude bakinsa:
Kada kaci abu mai nauyi:

Yanada matukar muhimmanci mutum ya samu miya wacce akayita da ganye da kuma wasu ababen gina jiki kamar kifi ko kwoi. Idan mutum yayi amfani da wannan tabbas jikinsa zai samu sinidarin da ya rasa tsawon yinin sun dawo masa.

KU KARANTA:  RAMADAN KAREEM : AMFANIN GANYEN ALAIYAHU.  

Yi amfani da ‘ya yan itace:
‘Ya yan itace da amfani fiye da misali a jikin dan adam. Don haka bude baki zaiyi kyau idan ka farad a dabino, kankana, lemu, abarba ko wasu daga cikin nau’in ‘ya yan itace. Akwai ruwa a cikinsu da kuma sinidarin karawa jiki kuzari da lafiya.

Shan ruwa:
Mutum ya dauki tsawon yini guda ba tare da ya sha ruwa ba, zai kasance jikinsa na da bukatar ruwa domin maye ruwan da jikin ya rasa. Zaka iya shan asalin ruwa ko kuma jus na ‘ya yan itace wanda babu sukari a cikinsa.

Cin hakikanin abinci:
A nan ba’a so kaci abinda aka soya da mai. A maimakon soyayye ya kasance gasawa akayi ko kuma bararrakawa haka. Bayan ka ci wannan sai ka hada shi da ganyen salad.

Kar a manta da wannan:
Akwai bukatar nau’in abinci dake baiwa jiki karfi. Wadannan sun kunshi shinkafa, dankali, alkama da dai ire-irensu. Jiki na matukar bukatarsu domin suna bashi sinadarai na karin karfi da kuma karko.
