Manchester City set an all-time Football League record after winning their 15th successive game with a 4-0 win at Swansea on Wednesday.

Last week, Pep Guardiola's side smashed the record for consecutive wins in a single Premier League season after winning their 14th game in a row with a
2-1 victory at Old Trafford.

That record run has now extended to 15 consecutive wins, which is the longest winning streak in England's top fours tiers since the Football League was
founded in 1888.

City are undefeated in the Premier League with 16 wins and one draw - surpassing the previous record start to a top-flight season of 15 wins and one draw,
set by Tottenham in 1960/61.

Guardiola is on course to smash his own record for the longest winning streak in Europe's top leagues -
having won 19 in a row with Bayern Munich in 2013/14.

City could also break three Premier League records held by Chelsea: 30 wins in a season (2016/17), 95
points in a season (2004/05) and 103 goals in a season (2009/10).

The final record breaker would be to win the Premier League title and surpass Manchester United's 18-point winning margin, set by in 1999/00.
